Q  / Where do I  pick up my season passes?

A / We have gone digital.  All Season Passes are now processed online through your personal account.

Q /  Can you bring food and beverages into the park?

A / You will be charged by the cooler size  ($15  for coolers up to 28qts / $30 for 28 to 60qts) All food must be in a cooler.

No Alcohol or glass is allowed  and coolers and bags will be checked before entering the park.  

Q  / Is there a First Aid area in the park ?

A / Yes... your safety is very important to us, the First Aid office is located just behind Josh's Sno Shack and can be easily located near the lockers in the park.  Please report all injuries to the park office before leaving the park.

Q  / Can we shower and change into swimwear  within the park?

A / Yes...we have showers and a changing area located inside of the restroom within the park.

Q  / Can  Season Passes be used for admission on Teen Night & Adult Night?

A / Yes...you can use your season passes  on Teen Night & Adult Night unless we specify otherwise. This is subject to change based on the event , promotion, or attraction.  

Q  / Can  a credit card be used for purchases made within the park?

A / Yes...you can use a credit card for at the gate, for season passes, and to make food & gift shop purchases within the park.

Q  / What do  I do if I am injured within the park but it is not life threatening?

A / Please visit the first-aid station for assistance / all significant injuries need to be reported before leaving the park  

Q  / Is there a charge for parking?

A / No, parking is free. The parking area for the park is not patrolled by security. Safari Joe's H20 is not responsable for any loss or damaged within the parking area.

Q  / Is there a  dress code ?

A / We do not allow Thong bottoms in the park . And street clothing and under garments can not be worn as swimwear within the park.

Q  / Can you smoke at the park?

A / We do not allow Smoking within the Park.  No Vape Smoking is allowed inside the park.

Q  / Do we have lockers?

A / Yes, lockers are available to guest for a fee. Visit "Plan My Day" for locker rates.

Q  / Can I bring in my own lounge chair?

A / Yes, But there may be restrictions on where you can place it. Safari Joe's is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Q  / Can I  leave the park and return the same day?

A / Yes, please have your hand stamped before leaving to ensure your ability to return.

Park Rules:
